Hi my name is jaheda khatun i am currentley studying the HND Graphic desing course this is my second year at the salford university i really like sketching logos in my book and scanning them in to illustrator and working on them. The area i want to work in after this course is type and illustration. i want people looking at my logo to think its creative and innovative something new and eye catching. my distinctive style is hand drawn and then working on top of the design.

Letterhead
This was my first initial idea for my letterhead the reason why i choose to change it was the black background was to dominant it over powered my logo.
This is my final design for my letterhead the reason why i choose to change my first design to this is my logo didn't stand out and in my second design my logo stands out and the black color doesn't over power it.

Existing logos i like
i really like this image i found on the internet this is because different brands have all been included in this image like the s from subway c from Cadbury Chocolate and so on.
existing graphic designers brands
this is the development of the brand Pepsi as you can see through out the years Pepsi has changed and developed its logo to what we see now.
secondary audiences
My secondary audience will be fellow students studying graphic design also secondary audiences will be undergraduates.
primary audiences
it will benefit me to collaborate with designers and also companies who are interested in the same things like illustration and type the age gender probably will be designers in the industry around 35 and under
Existing logos i like
The reason why i choose to post this on my blog is because it shows how brand Pepsi and Coke have developed during the years. i like the the fact that Coke has kept the font style through out the years they just added colour to make the logo stand out. in the other hand Pepsi haven't kept the font style through out the years they have changed it and the logo style to make looks better and it stands out from before also they used colour variations.
Existing logos i like
Here are some famous existing logo which caught my eye i really like the fact that the logo designs are not to complicated but still effective.

My unique selling point
I really like sketching hand drawn darwings and using different medias such as markers, paints, chalk, crayons, fineliner pens and so on but my favourite media is paint i find using this media very inspirational i really like the fact that i can be creative and design unique pieces of work. so i would say my USP is drawing using pencil and other medias in my book and i think this will help me as a graphic designer in the future.
